Nicely decorated place with brand-new rooms. The rooms have a very comfy bed.- Savoury and wonderful breakfast with delicious homemade scones and preserves catered to every taste.

We appreciated being here. All in all everything was excellent, had a great stay for a pleasant business trip. The room was airy and bright with lovely views of the sea. The location of the hotel was marvellous - within walking distance of Lowestoft Town Hall.

The location of this place is wonderful, with a beautiful garden next to a pond, and there is a nice restaurant and bar nearby.

The hotel had a great location near Southwold, Great Yarmouth, Pleasurewood Hills, and World Cup highlights. Enjoyed spending evenings at the nearby Giardino restaurant and bar.- Truly appreciated the coffee-making facilities and TV in the room.

We loved the warm and friendly family atmosphere, exceptionally clean rooms, and the delightful patio garden for alfresco dining. the quirky decor and relaxing bubble bath in the attic roll top bath were definite highlights. the hosts went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, with lovely homemade treats and delicious cooked breakfasts. the location was great, with a short walk to the beach and plenty of places to visit.
